A: Long Island Eatz is a locally owned and operated food ordering and delivery company exclusively serving Long Island communities. We are focused on offering an exceptional experience to our customers and our restaurant partners. Being Local means we are here, in town, ready to support you in person or on the phone. National brands cannot offer you this level of service. National brands charge excessive fees to your local restaurants which hurt them financially. We are able to offer our restaurant partners a much lower cost and superior service. We make the ordering and delivery process easy and cost efficient for everyone!

A: Currently we are servicing customers and restaurants located in Commack, East Northport, Greenlawn, Hauppauge, Kings Park, Northport and Smithtown.

A: It’s really simple. You have 2 options. First and easiest is to “Create an Account” and login. Second, you can enter the address where you want the food delivered in the home page search bar. Either way, our technology will list the restaurants based on their distance to where the food is being delivered.
  • Select the delivery time as “ASAP” to have it arrive as soon as possible or select a specific time you would like the food to be delivered.
  • Choose the restaurant you would like to order from and select the food and beverages you would like to order.
  • Review your order in the cart, select your payment method (Credit or Debit card) and Checkout.

A: Normally we quote around 40 minutes to an hour for the average delivery. Some orders may take longer depending on the size of the order and from which restaurant the order is being placed. Please be aware that we are working with some of the most popular restaurants and together we are working hard to provide the best customer service possible.

A: We accept all major credit and debit cards.

A: Tips are very important to our drivers. Please consider their hard work to deliver your food promptly and professionally in your decision on how much to tip. Standard tips range between 15% - 25%

A: If there is something missing or incorrect with your order, we will make every effort to fix the situation. We must be notified within 15 minutes of your delivery in order to try to correct it. This could include sending a driver back with an item that might have been missing or refunding you part of the cost of your order. Please keep in mind that all refunds are at the discretion of the restaurant as they prepared and packaged the food for delivery.

A: Yes, you can cancel OR change your order within 5 minutes of placing your order by calling us at 555-123-4567 and our Customer Service Representative will help you. Once the order has been accepted by the restaurant, the order cannot be canceled. Additional prep time may be needed to fill your updated order. If you have to cancel or change an advanced order, please call us and our Customer Service Representative will help you
